To prevent trade in plants, seeds, fruits... from acting as a vehicle for the spread of harmful organisms, specific controls have been introduced at international level to safeguard the environmental heritage, biodiversity and agricultural production. The criteria applied, equal and unique, have been laid down in the International Plant Protection Convention (CIPV or IPPC) by the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), to date signed by almost all countries in the world.
The control and the following certification, mandatory for the export of our products, is carried out at our request, with variable waiting times, by a regional Phytosanitary Inspector registered in the National Register.
