ORDERS - Accepted orders are those completed and sent through the shop cart form.

MINIMUM ORDER - There are no minimum purchase limits.

SHOP CURRENCY - The currency of our shop is in euro.
COMMUNICATIONS - For changes, communications regarding orders, please notify us immediately through one of the methods found in the Contact section.

PAYMENT METHOD - Payments can be made through major credit card circuits.
PREPARATION OF ORDER - Once the order is received it is our care to prepare the plants for shipping.
PLANT PREPARATION - Plants are sent bare root and need one or two days to dry the roots.

TIMETABLES - The package is shipped on average 5 working days after receipt of the order.
SHIPPING METHOD - The shipment is made by private courier for Italy, for all other European and non-European countries by registered international mail. If you want a different shipping method please let us know when ordering (there may be compensatory costs to be borne by the customer).
TRACKABILITY - All shipments have a tracking code that is provided at the time of shipment.
SHIPPING COSTS - Shipping costs are € 7.50 for Italy for parcels up to 3 Kg, for other European and non-European countries the cart module has an automatic calculation system distinguished by country.

We are not responsible for any lost or loss of parcels during shipment.
